Spaghetti alla Carbonara: how do you make yours?

There are so many ways and recipes.

Loudcooking uses:

  • Egg yolks
  • Pancetta or Guanciale
  • Crème fraîche: yes!
  • Grated Parmigiano (and Pecorino if in the fridge)
  • Spaghetti or Linguine
